Weekly reflection 7

 This was the last week our teaching practice. 

Monday 

I reached the school at 9 o clock. I got substitution periods in 9J . And in the 9j I took an lesson plan.

Tuesday 

I arrived at the school at 9.42 am . I  have class on 8C in this period I conducted an achievement test . I got substitution in th 3rd and 6th periods in 9G and 9J .At 12.45 we served food to everyone. And we left the school at 4.15 after signing the attendance register.

Wednesday 

I reached the school at 9 o clock and signed the attendance register . I have class on the 3rd period in 9j and also get substitution period in this class. My mentor went to saw my class. 

Thursday 

It was the last class of my teaching practice. I got a substitution period in 9J . I took my last innovative lesson plan and also show the innovative work.  The pupils are more cooperative and active in this day . I hand over the answer sheet of achievement test on the class 8C .

The topic selected for the innovative work was double circulation from the unit digestion and transport of nutrients. It helps to engage students and to give them a meaningful learning experience . The students are very active and attentive in the class . 

Friday 

This was the last day of my teaching practice. I got to meet my students in the 4th and 8th period and gave some sweets to them . They also gave some gifts to me . I was so happy to teach them. This phase gave some precious memories to me 💗.

 It was the second last week our teachers practice phase 2 .

Monday 

I arrived at the school at 9.30 am and signed the attendance register. As per the time table I didn't have period in my class . But got some substitution periods in 9J ,8C ,9G classes . So I completed my two lesson plans in this class . My mentor teacher came to observe the class on 8C . 

Tuesday 

Tuesday is Muharam holiday 

Wednesday 

I reached the school at 9.30 am and signed the attendance register. I have class on the 3rd period in 9J and I got substitution periods in 8C and 8A . My mentor anchu teacher came to observed the class . 

Thursday 

I reached the school at 9 o clock and signed the attendance register. I have class on 8C and It used for giving the notes . I got a substitution period in 9J . I took a lesson plan. 

Friday 

I reached the school at 9.40 am and signed the attendance register. Then went to mean my mentor and she gave some comment regarding to my class . I got substitution periods in 9J , 9A classes.

 Monday 

In Monday I reached the school at 9.30 am and signed the register. As per the time table I didn't have any class on 9J and 8C . But through the substitution I got a period in both classes . At 12.45 we served food to everyone. At 4.15 we left the school. 

Tuesday 

I reached the school at 9.35 and signed the attendance register. In this day our optional teacher Praveena came to saw our classe. Observation held on the 9J class. 

Wednesday 

In this day I have a class on 9j on the 3rd period. And I got a substitution period in 8C . So I got a chance to complete my lesson plan. At 12.45 we served food to everyone. 

Thursday 

In Thursday 2nd period I have class on 8C and this period is used for giving notes. I didn't took a class. In this day social club conducted a quize competition on the world population day .

Friday 

I reached the school at 9.00 am and signed the attendance register. Then meet my mentor and interact with her . I got substitution period in 9J and 8C . I conducted diagnostic test in 8C .

Weekly reflection 

It was the fourth week of our teaching practice phase 2.

In Monday  General observation was held on the 6th period. It was the 8th standard. Hari sir gave more helpful suggestions for my class. I got substitution periods in 9H on the 4th period. 

In Tuesday I have class on 9J in the second period. I took the lesson the structure of chloroplast. In this day got some extra substitution periods in 9 standards.

In Wednesday also I have class on the 3rd period in the 9J class. Pupils are comparatively more active in this day. 

In Thursday no classes held due to strike. But we are came to the school. At 3.30 we leave the school .

In Friday I don't have any class as per the time table. But I got some substitution periods in 9th and 8th standards. In this day there is no any special events are arranged. Only the science club formation was helded.

 Weekly reflection 

It was the 3rd week of our second phase of teaching practice.

In Monday ,As per the time table I don't have any class. But got some substitution periods. In 4 th period on 9 A class and 7th period on 8B , 5th period on 8C are the substitution periods. There is no any other programs are helded. 

In Tuesday I have class on 8C on the last period. Pupils are so active. And also I have class on the 9J class. There is nothing much happend. 

In Wednesday I have class on 9J in the 3rd period.as per the opinion of my mentor a small text paper was conducted. In this day I got substitution periods in 9H , 8A and 9 G. 

In Thursday our optional teacher Praveena teacher come to saw our classes. Observation conducted in the second period in 8c .  She gave some suggestions for improving my teaching. In this day we got some extra work to complete the school calendar. We successfully completed that . In this day a cycle journey started from our school to kottarakara as part of vimukthi. 

In Friday I have no class as per the time table. Some substitution periods are got for me . In the 5th and 7 th period get substitution periods in the 9H and 8A . I just only interact with them . Most of them are interactive and pure hearted

 Weekly school intership phase 2 reflection 

 The second week of our intership was started . Monday is not working due to eid. 

Tuesday I reached the school and signed the register. Then meet my mentor and also took some advices from her. As per the time table I had class on 8C in the last period. Then also I got a substitution period in 8A

Wednesday was Reading day.  A pledge was taken by the all students. Then a student share her reading experience to everyone. as per the time table today I have no class but got some substitution periods in 9A and 8C . 

Thursday I have a class on the second period in 8C . There is nothing specially happened. 

In Friday I reached the school at 9.15. in every Friday class started at 9.30. I have no class in 8C . But also get some substitution period in  9E. 

Saturday is working for us . Monday time table held in this day . The special thing happened in this day was the selection process of NCC.

Weekly school intership ( 2nd phase ) reflection  

As a part of B ed curriculum, our second phase of teaching practice started on 12/06/2024, Wednesday. I have opted SNSMHSS elampalloor as of the 1st phase of intership.There is one  member  from English option and two from nature science. We reached the school befor 9.30 then meet the Rajesh sir (HM) . We handed the attendance register and signed in it . Then go to meet my mentor Anju  teacher. I got proper instructions from my mentor. Thus  days are very special to me. I got an opportunity to teach 8th class students. And also get substitution periods. So I entered all most classes in the school.

Wednesday 

I reached the school befor 9.30 . I was so excited to teach students. I get 3  substitution periods . 8A ,8G and 9J are the alloted class for me , it's not much difficult to mange students.  8 th standard students are very talented. Some of them sang a song .9J students was allotted in my 1st phase of internship. So they are very happy to saw and I am so excited to see them .I also get a substitution period in 8C , it was the allotted class for me. I just introduce my self and interacted with them. At 4 o'clock left the school after signing the register.

Thursday 

It's my second day of school intership in the phase 2 . I reached the school before 9.30 . In this day school assembly was conducted. Quize completion are conducted by the students and  HM Rajesh sir handover the prize to students. As per the time table I have a class on 8C and also  get some substitution periods in 8B ,8A and 8H .thus substitution are not much heavy task for me children's are very cooperative.

Friday 

I reached the school at 9.14 am . In everything Friday school time is 9.30. firstly I signed the attendance and meet with my mentor. In this day I got two substitution periods in 9A and 9I.  They have to complete their notes so that periods are used for the work. At 1 o clock an emroyiding artist came and show his works to students. He teach all the students to how to make it. At 4 o clock I left the school after signing the register. 

Saturday 

I reached the school at 9.30 am and singed the register. Saturday is working day for us but some of the teachers are didn't came due to strike. So we got more substitution periods. Little kite exam was held on our it lab . Due to lack of teacher school working only at 1.00 pm . We left the school arround 2 o clock after signing the register.

Community living camp

 As a part of B ed curriculum a community living camp is held in our college. Camp started on March 9 . Most of the programs are conducted in our general seminar hall. Camp inagurated by finance minister Sri. K N Balagopal .camp ended on March 13th .it's a five day living camp . The stay only was in two days. It was a memorable days in my life.

 As a part of  B ed curriculum 2022 - 2024 a workshop on music was conducted. The program started on 10.00 am  in the general seminar hall. Our principal riju sir gave welcome to us . And also introduce the resource person.

 As a part of B ed curriculum, our college organised a workshop on e content development. 

The session was started on 10 am in general seminar hall . At first our principal Riju sir gave a welcome speech and welcome Noushad sir ( Assistant professor, Dept of Natural science, Kulakkkada Training College.

We have completed ten weeks in school. So it was time to reflect what we have gone through past week.

On 29/01/2024 tenth week reflection was conducted at general seminar hall.

The session was concluded. It was our last weekend reflections. Overall students had a very good experience throughout the journey. All of them had almost same experience. Most of them had improved their teaching. In almost all schools students had good experience no one said negatively about any school. Many of them struggled a lot in completing the teaching practice as number of students in many schools were more.

all of them conducted Achievement Test, Diagnostic Test, Conscientization, and School Based Activity in Schools.

In many schools students gave gifts to many students as a token of appreciation.

Weekly reflection 10

 This is 10 th week of our teaching practice. 

In Monday , I have no classes as per the time table but through substitution I got period in 8j . 

In Tuesday, in this I have discipline duty. I do it with my complete dedication. I took two class. But didn't teach in 8 J . In which I conducted achievements test . And I also get a class in 9 H . I took a new topic in an innovative way . 

In Wednesday,  it's the last day of our teaching practice. It's so emotional day for us . Students gave a memorable feedback. And also got valuable words from my mentor and other teachers.
